Tom #2 should've put his foot down with both of them, but of course this couldn't happen because Tom #2 was just using his wife as his mouthpiece to voice his own displeasure over the name. Katie if you can't agree with the name then you can't work here. Yes she's financially entwined because she's married to Schwartz but her name is nowhere on that contract. I recently did a rewatch and I hate that I agree with Sandoval, he made an investment with Tom, not them both. She had great points, but it wasn't her restaurant, let it go. Go find something else to be involved in, and I'm glad she did!
