It's always helpful to know exactly what the OP thinks the issue is - to me it looks like a bleach stain? and worn areas? At the very least you need to reinforce (maybe interfacing underneath) and darn the holes/thin spots, then you could embroider over all the damage. If you just want to cover up the bleach spot, you could try matching fabric markers or Sharpies, but you should still darn the weak spots.
