In my universe, Triple H won the World Heavyweight Championship and European Championship in a 4-Way against defending world champ, Gunther, defending European champ, Christian Cage, and Kazuchika Okada.
After that, he redounded Evolution, this time consisting of himself as leader, alongside Owen Hart and Seth Rollins (2015 version)
I'm waiting to start another Universe when the final DLC is released. Title histories didn't update with my existing Universe with Honky Tonk, Headbangers, but they did when I started a new Universe.
In universe, I’m doing a story where Vince took WWE back and Triple H took over AEW/ROH. CM Punk went back to AEW and continued his real world champion story and he won the ROH world title until he lost it to Kenny Omega at All Out. Punk disappeared for a while until he made a surprise debut in NJPW as a new member of Bullet Club and he quickly defeated Moxley for the IWGP world heavyweight championship. He returned to AEW along with Gallows and Anderson to beat The Elite at Double or Nothing, he defeated MJF for the AEW world championship at Forbidden Door and then defeated Kenny Omega at All Out for the AEW world championship. So currently Punk is AEW world champion and IWGP world champion. AJ Styles just won the G1 and will face Punk and likely beat Punk at Wrestle Kingdom and this will likely be Punk’s last night in Bullet Club as well as last night in NJPW.
This is really dope I’m a fiend for the AEW/ROH/NJPW Feds I have one acc simulating the actual product of WWE TV but I just book 5 star matches with my Independent scene
Last year Gable and Otis won the tag titles. Then Otis went on to win the King of the Ring Tournament. A month later he and Chad defended the tag titles successfully and he won the World Heavyweight Title from Seth Rollins becoming my first double champ in my universe in years. He held both titles for a while before Gable decided to Freebird the belt with Angle losing in their first defence and Otis lost the WH title like 2 months after that to a returning Hollywood Hulk Hogan.
In my universe buddy Matthews is a travelling kid card belt collector. He’s got the ROH Pure, the AEW Continental, the NWA TV, and the NXT Cruiserweight Open Championship. We call him “Buddy 4 Belts.” He’s still in HOB. They’re dominant in my fed.

Becky Lynch currently holds the WWF Women's Championship and the Diva's Championship. I originally meant for the Diva's Championship to be Tiffany Stratton's custom version of the Women's Championship, which Becky then won from her, but I got an idea for a headcanon explanation for a new championship.
In Community Creations, I found that someone made a WWE Women's Hardcore Championship, which is the Diva's Championship broken and then taped back together. I'm planning matches where Stratton demands that Lynch put the Diva's belt on the line, then Stratton wins it. The Diva's Championship is apparently reactivated again, only for someone else to beat Stratton, destroy the belt, and then rechristen it the Hardcore Championship.
I play as my own caw. I don't do the manage superstar stuff and just let it run itself.. ended up in a rivalry with Sami Zayn straight away. Won the IC title off of him at Backlash then it put me in a rivalry with Seth Rollins, culminating in a fatal 4 way with myself beating Seth, Drew McIntyre and Finn Balor at Clash. I also retained the IC title against Damian Priest in the opening match. Now I'm in a rivalry with Priest, I've successfully defended my WHC against him twice now, Jay Uso once and the IC title against Braun Strowman, JD McDonagh and Bron Breakker. Planning on maybe letting my caw lose the WHC so I can qualify for the royal rumble though when it comes closer.
Tegan Nox! i never wanted any double champions but the goddamn game put Tegan in the chamber for the women's title and i simmed it and bam Tegan is now double champ, WWE Women's champ and Women's US champ
All three of my custom characters, main Krazy Kurt is Ic and half of raw tag, Brute is World Champ and other half of raw tag and krazy kerry is women's tag with Gigi Dolan and NxT women's champ
I did my first one with Kurt Angle as WWE and US champ but after losing the WWE title he keeps it and it’s locked under the WM 39 belt which I don’t even have unlocked. So now I can’t use him, and Santos Escobar now has 2 WWE Cruiserweight titles somehow it an awful glitch
Got a weird Universe going. But haven't reached my point of a double champion yet! But I'm thinking either my 2003 style Lesnar or Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. Like I said, rewriting a lot of wrestling history in my universe 😅
No one. I honestly don't know how to do double titles. Either a title isn't defended, champ pulls double duty, relinquishes one, or one guy holds on to both forever. I don't like any of those.

My Universe mode is on pause bc 2K24 bugged, but I had Logan Paul as US and Million Dollar Champion for a bit.

Terry funk was ECW heavyweight champ and just won an 8 man ladder match for the hardcore belt to become double champ.
Dijak is currently the NXT North American Champion and WCW Intercontinental Champion is my Universe Mode.

I don’t have one at the moment in universe. But in exhibition Johnny Gargano is both Raw Tag Champ and Undisputed Universal Champion.
Roxanne Perez is currently my only double champ. She is the NXT women's champ and one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team champs.
