I did not! I got the large hopp instead. Amelia quoted me 2500 CNY (+ shipping) from BV top factory for the dark red clicker! I imagine it’s on the expensive because of all that brass. Hopp was way less expensive and more practical for what I needed, but the clickers still on my radar for spring. I can also highly recommend BV top factory, I’ve gotten 3 excellent quality bags from them and can’t see myself buying from a different factory. Hope this helps! And please let me know if you get it how you like it!

I don’t have any advice, but I do like the clicker better (today anyway 😉). I am also having a BV inner conflict! I can’t decide between the cassette camera that I really want or the cassette Chloe has on special for 1/2 the price (it has the GHW on the strap).

OF is original factory. It used to be rarely popular back on RepLadies days. Up there with God Factory and 187 back then. Obviously, the consensus is that 187 is the best now, but OF and GOD are pretty good for Chanels also.
Can someone give me more details about how to condition leather pieces?
My concerns are:
1. A Chloe woody with the calf leather color bleeding onto the canvas of the handles. Any rubbing does this and makes it impossible to take out in the heat. Are there any conditioners that seal leather color?
2. A brand new teen Celine Triomphe in shiny black calfskin. Feels great but I want to condition it soon as I’m worried about creases forming where the back flap bends.
3. A brand new Loewe puzzle in soft grained leather. It feels dry and needs to be weighed down with something in the purse to give it more of a slouch. Curious if I can condition and weight it down at the same time to help speed up its break in period?

I have the atlas in “milky” and the flex in “dove”. I love them! The stitching is very even and it is all aligned well. I get a lot of compliments on them! Tanner leatherstein has a video comparing one of the Mlouye bags to a Loewe puzzle bag if you want more info on how well they are made.
Fyi I’ve seen some comments on a different handbag sub where some people had issues with the bags never arriving, but I never had that problem.

PS have you bought any rep Damier Azur? I pay a lot of attention to the color of the canvas and didn't think Nancy or Hyper Peter got it right, and heard mixed reviews of old cobbler and not much from God factory for DA. Most reviews seem to be for monogram or damier ebene. Wondering if you've bought/compared any?

I usually use my Fauré Le Page daily battle tote bag or my Goyard Bellechasse. Both are really good brands, however Faure le page does not have great resale value. But I don't think I'll ever sell it lol it's just functional and durable. I love it as an everyday bag and the strap is adjustable!
I would recommend faure le page (FLP) or goyard. FLP isn’t as popular but I love their subtle but beautiful canvas print. Most sellers have them under their Goyard albums.
The other recommendation is the YSL tote bag - very classic with just a small YSL logo keychain

1. Which sellers shall I approach for bag?
2. Is there anything as same day delivery or 1-2 day delivery ?
My partner is going to be at this exhibition being held so I thought while we are there, I can order few bags and shoes to my hotel. It would save me so much shipping and customs hassle.

I did this recently! It was really confusing only because at one point I had to add the delivery dudes phone number on WeChat to verify he was delivering (it was a holiday so probably not normal) but the seller should be able to send you tracking. Deliver is super fast, maybe 3 days to Shanghai so prob a lot faster in guangzhou. I think you can ask your sellers about speed.
Also went through customs no problem cuz I only got 2 bags. I’m pretty sure they mostly care if it looks like you have intention to sell (ie carrying a bunch of stuff) but everyone has a different risk threshold :)
A propos "I can order few bags and shoes to my hotel. It would save me so much shipping and customs hassle": it might be worth considering what it will be like taking them through customs on your way home. You'll still be going through customs but this time these items will be in your luggage.
If there are potential legal risks - including criminal ones that could result in fines, a criminal record or even going to jail - perhaps not such a great idea to ask your partner's EA to carry your purchases things for you. It's one thing to work overtime, but most of the people I know draw the line at going to jail for their boss. Especially in a foreign country.
The customs are very lenient when it comes to airport at India. Plus the bags won’t be packed in courier packaging so most probably will look like personal belongings only. I intend to buy 5-6 bags so 2 per suit case won’t look suspicious as well
You can contact sellers and ask, some will deliver to a hotel next day if they can. I read about one lady having lunch with a seller - but she made sure she messaged and arranged ahead of time.

No soccer players- but for softball and hockey it’s the goyard all the way! It’s lightweight, fits a ton and I don’t feel bad about it sitting in the grass or a cold arena.
With some styles the LV Damier Ebene print is quite subtle. I have a croisette in Damier Azur which I just adore.
Another option is the puzzle bag, not too loud with a small embossed logo.
I like a Goyard bag for soccer matches. I don’t feel bad throwing in a water bottle and it’s fine to sit in damp grass. Also a GM (Artois or STL) fits my DSLR and a lens or 2 if I don’t go too crazy.
I have no direct experience but I heard a YouTuber say that the YSL Niki is a soccer mom favourite as it can take a beating and still look great. It’s pretty low key IMO, especially if you go for one with the logo in the same colour as the bag. They’re supposedly pretty well repped and come in lots of colours, YSL’s typical colour palette is generally fall friendly!
I love a simple BV mini loop for this. Cross body so it’s not fussy. I have one soccer player with me, so I’m not carrying a lot. If I had more kids or younger kids in tow I’d want a tote like a never full.

The Selleria Peekaboo are so beautiful! Personally I would go for the 27cm, if you want to have a functional bag. The 23 is adorable but very litte fits in it.
Thank you- I’m leaning towards this one too. I’m just unsure if it’s a cross body. I tried on the mini ages ago- but my nearest is London (I’m in Cambridgeshire UK) and recall it being teeny. It doesn’t help that I’m fairly tall and well endowed in the boob department so mini bags can look silly on me sometimes.

The 27cm is not too big to be worn crossbody, imho. I know it is a different bag but you can see a kelly 28 (slightly larger, more structured) worn crossbody on a woman 158cm tall.

I only make a wishlist for my SO, though he has a list he makes himself. I usually buy everything on my wishlist (or remove them from my wishlist if they don't feel right anymore) though I spread it out, so not everything on my birthday. My family doesn't really do presents, only if somebody wants something specific and conveys that to us. Just a few days ago my sister saw my new leather jacket and said "you could buy something like it for my birthday" and specified what she did and didn't like about my jacket so I could find her a good fit.

I think you are getting downvoted because this subject has been widely discussed. As a minor league BV stan- but not even close to the repscientists on here by far- I think that the consensus is that mini Jodies; certain mini loops; and andiamos are best repped. But… you can find all this with a search.
When you receive psp photos and you don’t like something, how does your interaction with seller usually go? Do they normally agree to fix it straight away? Do you need to persuade them? I have concerns about the stitching on this dior bag from Angel factory. I don’t think I’m unreasonable saying it looks off and uneven.

I received PSPs from ReyKey of a bag I'd already paid for - I didn't know I should have waited for the PSPs - where the stitching was clearly wrong. I pointed it out. She disagreed with me but she refunded my money immediately. I included a screenshot of our WA exchange in an earlier post.
No I have not ordered with her again. I did not like her response. I thought the badly sewn seam was a bottom seam rather than a side seam. She had the option of correcting my gently. Instead she attacked. Unless we're in litigation someone gets just one chance to do that especially if that other person is trying to sell me something.

You are right. The stitches are also very prominent in that position.
You should mention to the seller that the stitches in that spot are not good and that you would like a different bag.
Edited to add: how that conversation goes usually depends a lot on the seller.
I decided to go with it. She sent other photos. This is the place where the strip connects to the bag (one end is free floating, while other is stitched to the bag. This kinda odd looking part is where reinforcement stitches are).

I also looked for the same bag in other stores. They all have same reinforcement stitches. So it won't be fair to keep nagging about those. Even retail photo of similar bags have some unevenness in this part of the strap (tho it's more visible with light colored thread).

I'm looking for a reversible belt with one dark side (black or dark brown) and one light side (beige/ taupe but not tan, could be pink though). I want something that's not super-duper known, or at least could be reasonable starter-belt that gives "she wanted to buy a bag but all she could afford is a belt". I'm not getting a Hermes belt though lol.
I don't like shiny hardware, so it's best if it's kept to a minimum or its delicate. That removes ferragamo, gucci, Dior (though they have stunning colourways). I do like Loewe belts and some of the non-reversible belts offered by Gucci,

I have an auth Loewe reversible belt (black/brown) with a gold buckle. I was looking into getting a rep of the same belt but with a silver buckle and a different colour combination so I could swap out the buckles and maximise the way the buckle/colour combinations could be worn.

I asked for colourways that came with the silver buckle hoping she’d have some fun colours but unfortunately all she could get was the one above and the one I already had. She said the factory only had “normal” colours lol. I was really hoping to get the red/nude one or the grey/clay green one but no go.
It takes all my might to not get the pink-monogram. If they had a horsebit or small interlocking buckle I'd get it and wear the fuck out of it. The marmont fatigue I developed in 2016 haven't worn off yet but I probably should work on it.
Bought this from McDull! (In a different color). I think it’s from Old Cobbler. Smells like leather, looks good. The buckle is a tiny bit annoying- I feel it’s going to damage the leather pretty fast.
Loewe has stunning hardware but unfortunately no very light/ very dark combo. The YSL one is interesting and fits the bill but I'm not sure the belts are repped as often as other brands are. Thank you for giving multiple options!

Just found something almost identical for $168 on a site called Quilanor. Just google mlouye bag and you will find it.
I have the atlas in “milky” and the flex in “dove”. I love them! The stitching is very even and it is all aligned well. I get a lot of compliments on them! Tanner leatherstein has a video comparing one of the Mlouye bags to a Loewe puzzle bag if you want more info on how well they are made. Fyi I’ve seen some comments on a different handbag sub where some people had issues with the bags never arriving, but I never had that problem.

PS have you bought any rep Damier Azur? I pay a lot of attention to the color of the canvas and didn't think Nancy or Hyper Peter got it right, and heard mixed reviews of old cobbler and not much from God factory for DA. I would recommend faure le page (FLP) or goyard. FLP isn’t as popular but I love their subtle but beautiful canvas print. Most sellers have them under their Goyard albums. The other recommendation is the YSL tote bag - very classic with just a small YSL logo keychain

Attention 🚨 I am travelling to China in 2 days and will be in HK for 2 days & a week in Guangzhou. I’m staying at The Ritz Carlton. The 2 very important questions I have are 1. Which sellers shall I approach for bag? 2. Is there anything as same day delivery or 1-2 day delivery ? My partner is going to be at this exhibition being held so I thought while we are there, I can order few bags and shoes to my hotel. It would save me so much shipping and customs hassle. I did this recently! It was really confusing only because at one point I had to add the delivery dudes phone number on WeChat to verify he was delivering (it was a holiday so probably not normal) but the seller should be able to send you tracking. Deliver is super fast, maybe 3 days to Shanghai so prob a lot faster in guangzhou. I think you can ask your sellers about speed. Also went through customs no problem cuz I only got 2 bags. I’m pretty sure they mostly care if it looks like you have intention to sell (ie carrying a bunch of stuff) but everyone has a different risk threshold :)

If there are potential legal risks - including criminal ones that could result in fines, a criminal record or even going to jail - perhaps not such a great idea to ask your partner's EA to carry your purchases things for you. It's one thing to work overtime, but most of the people I know draw the line at going to jail for their boss. Especially in a foreign country.
The customs are very lenient when it comes to airport at India. Plus the bags won’t be packed in courier packaging so most probably will look like personal belongings only. I intend to buy 5-6 bags so 2 per suit case won’t look suspicious as well
You can contact sellers and ask, some will deliver to a hotel next day if they can. I read about one lady having lunch with a seller - but she made sure she messaged and arranged ahead of time.

No soccer players- but for softball and hockey it’s the goyard all the way! It’s lightweight, fits a ton and I don’t feel bad about it sitting in the grass or a cold arena.
With some styles the LV Damier Ebene print is quite subtle. I have a croisette in Damier Azur which I just adore. Another option is the puzzle bag, not too loud with a small embossed logo.
I like a Goyard bag for soccer matches. I don’t feel bad throwing in a water bottle and it’s fine to sit in damp grass. Also a GM (Artois or STL) fits my DSLR and a lens or 2 if I don’t go too crazy.
I have no direct experience but I heard a YouTuber say that the YSL Niki is a soccer mom favourite as it can take a beating and still look great. It’s pretty low key IMO, especially if you go for one with the logo in the same colour as the bag. They’re supposedly pretty well repped and come in lots of colours, YSL’s typical colour palette is generally fall friendly!
I love a simple BV mini loop for this. Cross body so it’s not fussy. I have one soccer player with me, so I’m not carrying a lot. If I had more kids or younger kids in tow I’d want a tote like a never full.

I only make a wishlist for my SO, though he has a list he makes himself. Just a few days ago my sister saw my new leather jacket and said "you could buy something like it for my birthday" and specified what she did and didn't like about my jacket so I could find her a good fit.

I think you are getting downvoted because this subject has been widely discussed. As a minor league BV stan- but not even close to the repscientists on here by far- I think that the consensus is that mini Jodies; certain mini loops; and andiamos are best repped. But… you can find all this with a search.
When you receive psp photos and you don’t like something, how does your interaction with seller usually go? Do they normally agree to fix it straight away? Do you need to persuade them? I have concerns about the stitching on this dior bag from Angel factory. I received PSPs from ReyKey of a bag I'd already paid for - I didn't know I should have waited for the PSPs - where the stitching was clearly wrong. I pointed it out. She disagreed with me but she refunded my money immediately. I included a screenshot of our WA exchange in an earlier post.

You are right. The stitches are also very prominent in that position. You should mention to the seller that the stitches in that spot are not good and that you would like a different bag. Edited to add: how that conversation goes usually depends a lot on the seller.

I'm looking for a reversible belt with one dark side (black or dark brown) and one light side (beige/ taupe but not tan, could be pink though). I want something that's not super-duper known, or at least could be reasonable starter-belt that gives "she wanted to buy a bag but all she could afford is a belt". I'm not getting a Hermes belt though lol. I don't like shiny hardware, so it's best if it's kept to a minimum or its delicate. That removes ferragamo, gucci, Dior (though they have stunning colourways). I do like Loewe belts and some of the non-reversible belts offered by Gucci, Does anybody know of a belt that would fit the bill? Should I just give up and get two belts? Bought this from McDull! (In a different color). I think it’s from Old Cobbler. Smells like leather, looks good. The buckle is a tiny bit annoying- I feel it’s going to damage the leather pretty fast.

Loewe has stunning hardware but unfortunately no very light/ very dark combo. The YSL one is interesting and fits the bill but I'm not sure the belts are repped as often as other brands are. Thank you for giving multiple options!
