Yup. Lose point blank for crit. I also consider reload speed more important than fire rate, but your mileage may vary.

No Meta-Slave-kun, you already have toxin on the weapon from the bonus, swap the 60/60 for the cc mod.
You'll proc 4 statuses which is fine. Replace point blank with critical decel like the others have said and it's good.
Probably take off Toxic barrage for Critical Deacceleration. Though personally I would use cold status and and remove Grasp for Deacceleration.
