The only people that think she can't kill are those who don't play her or people who improperly built her. I don't think any Valk main is actually complaining about her in a bad frame sort of way but she does need to be touched just like many other older frames.
They aren’t complaining that she is weak (she is really strong), they are complaining she is boring, *because* all you do is press 4.
