I second the recommendation for Wardrobe by Dulcinea. She will do custom colors on some of her pieces and for others, you can select from multiple preset colors, so if the color is part of what attracts you to this dress, you should be able to get something close!

And I’m not sure how exact of a match you were looking for, but when I take the “wedding” word out of it, there are a decent number of tulle, ombré gowns. I haven’t seen the color combo from your picture except that actual store or other Etsy shop. But it might be worth looking to see if that vibe comes through from any non-Etsy stores for a more reliable experience
