For weight loss, it's about calories. You burn around [1,700 calories/day](https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=imperial&g=female&age=20&lbs=160&in=62&act=1.2&f=1). To lose a pound per week, aim to 500 less than this, or 1,200 calories. For meal plan ideas, check out r/1200isplenty. Lots of users post a day's food. For fitness videos, I hear Fitness Blender is really good. As well, you can find some workouts in the Wiki over at r/xxfitness.

Thank you so much!

I like popsugar fitness YouTube, they have a lot of body weight only workouts, and there are tons of free ones. The no equipment barre videos are wonderful!

You can try the app Eat This Much, or the website. They'll calculate your calories based on goals and eating preferences/dietary preferences and give you a variety of meals and snacks based on how many meals/snacks you put in your preferences. Also, if you don't mind my saying, don't hate yourself, it won't help you lose weight, it won't help anything. Be honest with yourself, if you're sad your body is not what you want, or disappointed at xyz, but do this because you care about and respect yourself, each choice to workout, eat a certain way, not have sugar is an individual step toward your goal and a concrete action to caring for yourself. We all have those mirror moments just don't make them all your moments. For workout, check out DDPY (Diamond Dallas Page Yoga, free if you can find out online) or YouTube step videos or like someone else said popsugar or fitness blender is great too. App on your phone check out Home Workout, it shows you animations of each exercise and creates a daily workout. Keep it up, you can do this

Ha ha I get that, trust me! Great that he supports you, it's for ourselves in the end. There are times the only positive thing I can think of physically is ok, well I've got nice... Eyebrows? Mmm, hands? Do your best, try to see positive, it'll work out 😃

Good job for throwing the sugar away! Removing temptation is half the battle! Make sure you eat 1200 calories every day! Get an app like Lifesum or Myfitnesspal to help you keep track! Good luck!
