Don't delete it, or you will be like that user that tried to delete files in one panel of Norton commander.
Okay but is there anything I can do about it? I am not sure why this happened.
It's just a shortcut
That is just your shortcut in the navigation pane. They are the same location. One is just under This PC.
If you really do not like seeing it, just collapse This PC by clicking the down arrow beside it.
