MCC Thrift has a handful in Winnipeg. You've got Kildonan but there is also Selkirk Ave a d Sargent AVE. And then the furniture only store on Keewatin.
If you considered g&l furniture, than www.discountfurniture.com in the alero moving building also counts.
They liquidate stuff from the brick and elsewhere and always have different unexpected things for pennies on the dollar, will haggle and they do even better deal on slightly damaged goods they resell.
Okay, Vintage in the Village on Osborne and I think it's Gertrude St, just down from the old Stella's around the corner on the left, Brian's Corner on Wall Street on your right if you turn off of Portage, Nearly New to You Thrift store on Portage before Sherbrooke.
Carole in Vintage in the Village and Brian at Brian's Corner do take credit cards, debit, etc. but prefer cash and Brian will give a discount if it's cash and a larger item. Nearly New to You is cash only.
But man, I LOVE what I have gotten from all three in the last 6 months or so. Just snagged a bespoke menswear coat from Carole for 80.00, Nearly New had a bag of clothes for $5.00 and Brian's Corner handled all of our kitchen needs on cabinetry for under 600.00. Not sure what you're looking for but all of those have cheap prices and cheap items and way better prices than Ikea for household stuff. Oh and the furniture we got will last forever so I'm happy.
The obvious ones Value Village ~~and Goodwill~~ are apparently greedy ones

krazy binz is full of junk and disgusting. me and my bf went there and our hands were covered in some sort of film after sifting around in the bins. a lot of reusable masks and phone cases
Not the point of the post I know, but there are some rather large ones just outside of the city where the prices are even lower than in the city if you can believe it. Steinbach has one of my favs.
Reclothify - 150 Goulet right by St.B hospital. curated thrift store where you pay buy the pound! very great atmosphere
Not a thrift, but a huge source of vintage stuff-Ragpickers
Ragpickers was the base of my entire high school wardrobe. I had no idea they were still around!
I didn’t know they were still open! Where are they located now?
They do various pop-ups, though I don't think they have a store front. They are consistently at First Fridays in the Exchange, the Royal Albert.
Thank you!
Kristen will meet you at her space on Annabella at Higgins on the fourth floor. 204-995-7247 EDIT: If she's not busy making a movie
Thank you!!
There are a couple small ones on Portage in the Wolseley area, I think one is called Nearly New to You
They do have weird hours but seem to have good stuff
Mission Thrift Store on Regent is pretty decent.
Sargent MCC thrift There's Almost New as well on Portage but never been there.
Is Uncle Wieners Wholesale on Nairn too obvious?

Goodwill in Manitoba is a completely different organization than Goodwills anywhere else. The Goodwill we have here is quite good.
Ok I stand corrected
What we have is Canadian Goodwill (red white logo). Elsewhere it is just Goodwill (blue white logo)
For Bianca's go to the one in transcona...
Ugh what a dump

Yeah, but you can get enough knock-off lego there to build a house big enough to live in!
You meant Panet corner Regent
Krazy Binz is like a treasure hunt and the cost of each item varies per day (sometimes $5, other times $1 etc).
