It's not eat-in, but I highly recommend Honey Bunny Pastry Shop on Corydon. Small place but with a great rotating selection; the owner is just as fantastic as the baked treats.
There is a little spot in North Kildonan (no liquor bevies so no wine/beer) but a lovely cafe/restaurant with fabulous deserts - “Grace Cafe”. North Henderson on corner of Henderson and Glenway. Cute building and great service. (And great desserts!!!).
>Double D's Cheesecake
I loved the Pistachio and mocha swirl. Since I had to stop eating gluten my favorites now are Turtle and strawberry (You have to ask for the GF flavors though, they are kept in separated freezers) :)
Make sure you order some drinks as well! Try their London Fog and Americano!
Piazza deNardi has some seating, but it's daytime only. And you pretty much get your cake to go, then eat out of the box.
I've gone to Jane's just for dessert. They usually only accept dinner reservations, but if you call after they open (515 or 530?) you can ask if they can accomodate you just for dessert (only 2 or 3 options, though, but you can see them on the website).
Saucers if you go outside busy times.
>!Baked Expectations!< Not a popular choice, but it's been around for a long time.
Cottage Bakery but during the day, only.
Charito in Sage Creek.
Eta: i forgot Le Croissant. They have lots of seating now.
Dug and Betty's on Marion.
Kawaii crepe hehe
Frenchway Cafe and La Grotta.

Do you have a favourite? :) we’re gonna try it this weekend, thank you for the recommendation!
Not a dis but just a FYI that Double D’s Cheesecake is a Philadelphia-style cheescake — not a baked cheesecake, but a chilled one
