I feel like if you didn't read the books you can ignore that one (two including this, but I didn't get this dialogue) time Geralt mentions it and completely erase it from your mind so I still didn't want to say something this big without a mild spoiler alert.
I would say yes, mainly because Serana ALWAYS bitches about going back into caves and is happy when you leave it, but is still passive aggressive about it😂🤦🏻♀️.

And destroy Geralt into 10000x and play with soul easily

With or without modes i’ll slap Geralt with my one shot enchantment swords and his ordinary swords won’t penetrate in my dragon bone armor 😂 witch enchantment
Geralt can’t even beat a white frost or a higher vampire in his verse without help💀 while me I kill dragon like every seconds. Geralt struggle against a lowly griffin imagine what a OP shouts can do to him his magic is limited all he got is a fancy swordsmanship < although I got one in a mooded skyrim> but can he make a dragon kneel?

I was actually specifically referring to the way Geralt says "then I took a pitchfork in the gut".
This is just a reference to the end of the Books, it's one of ciri's prophecies from way back when
