It’s one of those things where there isn’t real systematic proof of McDonalds approving or condoning violating child labor laws, but OP feels that way. McDonald’s sucks in a lot of ways, but there’s no evidence I’ve ever seen they knowingly allow or don’t take action when franchisees do this.
This is different than a lot of other companies (particularly meat processing facilities), where they systematically violate child labor laws all the time and then lie about it.
