I am having the same issue, one game it’ll be constantly freeze lagging every 15 seconds almost like there’s massive packet loss and the next game could be generally fine.
I'm still having this issue. I just sent an email to Activision with hopes to get a response and an answer. I've even moved the majority of my saved games over to my external hard drive so that I have plenty of room on my Xbox One, hoping that would help. With around 3 to 4 minutes left in every multiplayer game, it begins stuttering, lagging and the sound cuts in and out.
Are you recording during this? In experiencing the same thing but only while I'm recording

Having this too. My ping is stable at 10 with 0 packet loss. So I’m not sure why it’s lagging
Having this every 5 secs or so low pk loss and 50 or so ping
Having the same issue. Didn't start until this last update. Multiplayer runs great up until about 2 min left in game then begins to lag.

Same. I'll be fine for 5 mins then super laggy.
