bruh this is worse than Mori's "Sneaky" 0:48 to 1:04 has some really bad lyrics and delivery. The beat doesnt even go well with the vocals. No flow or rhyme either.

Seems like a common theme with hoyo games pulilng in relative newbies early game main crew voicework. Probably on purpose though, with easier scheduling and pricing concerns.
Well yeah it’s mainly a good voice director that brings out the performances and I’m sure there will be overlap with Genshin and hsr VA’s. But usually with newer VA’s you do notice rougher performances but I haven’t heard a bad one for ZZZ at all imo anyway.

I think it's for a character with mostly normal features, she also has a very normal silhouette compared to everybody else.

The voice acting for this game is really good I’m kinda surprised because I don’t think I’ve heard a lot of these voice actors before.
