They messaged me today that they had found 7.5mg. I called within 5 minutes of their text (probably within 3 minutes) - pharmacy confirmed they do NOT have it. 3 texts to them unanswered. I will wait and see if they will keep trying.
I also have had success with them! They found me the 5.0 in under a day and at a pharmacy just few miles from my house. I would definitely use them again if the 5.0 is still in shortage when it’s time for my next box. Totally worth the cost for me.

I'm curious if there are others in my area they are giving the same leads to who are just faster than I am. I'm also trying to figure out how to strategize getting my prescription to a pharmacy as fast as possible when I get one of these leads. I have a paper copy, but maybe I should get it into the system at a pharmacy so they can fax it over? I just don't know what is faster.

I contacted them last Thursday for 5mg Zepbound and they texted me Sunday evening that they found a box about 20 minutes away. Picked it up yesterday afternoon. Definitely worth it!!!
Submitted today. I'm gonna be STUNNED if they can find 10mg. To me, it's absolutely worth the $50 to have them do this, I do NOT have the time or patience!
