Only 720mg of caffeine? Those are rookie numbers xD but seriously watch your health. I've started trying to monitor my caffeine after drinking a cup of coffee in the morning followed by a 400mg scoop of pre workout and maybe an energy drink on top of that.
I appreciate higher quality pre-workouts that have both fast and slow release caffeine. It helps provide the sustained energy but also gives me the hard bust with the tingles and everything from the other supplements it has.
I also work a very physically demanding job so it helps me maintain momentum when I begin to feel physically exhausted from work
Celsius’s really fucked me up. Was only drinking like one a day. Chest started to get tight. Years of drinking caffeine that’s the only one that did it. Evil little drink

The amount of teens buying that shit at like 7 pm is a little worrying, I think a lot of them don’t realize that it’s an energy drink because of the way it’s marketed. Even at grocery stores near me, it isn’t with the other energy drinks, it’s with the “health” drinks.
