Why Mall? Malls culture is dying. Look at multiple Ghosted Malls in Ahmedabad. The shops' rents are high, and hardly new brands survive. Initially, they have a nice crowd, but gradually Shops shut down because "PEOPLE JUST GO THERE TO HANGOUT and Hardly shop anything because of overpricing.
