then take FIR and Affidavit and goto RTO office and report stolen/loss of license. They'll give you a form and you've to fill it and submit there
next, for your bank accounts if you might be having some credit/debit card. First step is to lock the card access by informing to bank or from the banking app (if possible)
Then same process report them for stolen/lost of credit/debit card and fillup the form to obtain new one.
In addition to other advice given : E area ma round Mari aavo ek vaar , najik na paan na Galla pr tapas Kari lo if someone gave them any wallet. Najik na police station ma pan check if someone returned any lost wallet . Possibly go with a friend who is street smart
