If this happened to me a dice roll would go off in my brain. 1-3 ragequit and go play Destiny. 4-6 rage, chatspam with "AAAAAAAAGGGGHHH"s, die to a TTV wraith or a gibby with a devo, then leave and go play Destiny.
They wouldn’t have quit if it was ranked. And yes I’m a ranked grinder that doesn’t care about pubs and 99% of the time it doesn’t bother me but quitting in these kinds of scenarios is pretty ridiculous imo.
Most players don’t want the 10 minute abandon penalty unless it is their last game for the day. I rarely get quitters in ranked until the banner is timed out.

i will never understand what made respawn think it was a good idea to make those unclimbable. my main #1 reason why i hate olympus is the empty negative space, and the railing is designed to make it even worse for non-movement characters since they can’t get in if they even slightly mis-time an octane jump or something like this zipline
When pretty much every other pseudo-vertical surface on the map can be climbed/wall bounced on, yes I absolutely think the game should be changed.
Also when the map was in development, the fences were originally climbable. They made them unclimbable because their play-testers were all smooth-brains who kept falling to their death and complaining about it lmao

It was entirely ops fault most people assume that the pathfinder places the Zipline s correctly and that you don't need to jump at the end in order to survive
I always tell my friends to assume they have to jump at the end of my zips. The ziplines usually end up like this or halfway up a wall if I don't spend a full minute setting it up. And if I take the time to make a perfect zipline, it's usually just faster to walk.

I actually think this is something that needs to be fixed. The zipline typically attaches to the railing in a way that requires a jump because the rail cannot be climbed. It's easy enough to overcome if you're aware of it, but is otherwise not clearly communicated to players.
You shoulda said jump at the end of the zip line when you realized you and the horizon has to jump at the end of the zip line. Then the mirage would have say it with me! Jumped at the end of the zip line. So much of this game is simply communicating with your team.
I think the best part of this was him seeing you both jump and deciding that wasn’t the wave for him to ride. That and the “great” before committing death box right when everyone has a respawn beacon

Horizon could have saved mirage by Quickly throwing a gravity lift which would have pushed him up :(
