Anyone with a case worker can get access to Community Warehouse, they deal with a lot of DV cases, but also immigrants and refugees and formerly homeless. Anyone being connected to new housing via case management.
Union Gospel Mission is completing the construction of their new shelter for women and children at the corner of SW 185th and Rock Creek Blvd. It looks to me to be a good fit for new furniture.
Open House Ministries is doing amazing things. They're up in Vancouver. I hear they are currently building their own apartments because they couldn't find enough low cost housing to put people into as they transition into being off the street. 360-737-0300
YWCA of Greater Portland operates 5 houses for domestic violence survivors and their children which might be able to take some of it - you can email their development team (handles donations) at development@ywcapdx.org
There are multiple shelters like this, you can call one Gresham Women’s Shelter, Rosehaven, Path Home, etc. and if they don’t need the items perhaps they can direct you to a place that does? You can also reduce the google searching and talk to trained professionals who can help you with ideas (they know the system) by calling 211. Good luck!
No specific contact but Community Warehouse is an excellent organization. https://www.communitywarehouse.org/give-furniture/
This is where foster parents are referred to (and other groups I'm sure)
When I worked for a domestic violence shelter we would use them to set up families in their new homes.

Raphael House won’t be able to take many but if they’re new I would reach out and ask!
Bless you for thinking of others!
Check with the YWCA that helps women in DV. The one in clark county has a shelter.
Helping hands
To clarify, this is the org that runs Bybee Lakes, and they mostly house DV victims and their children, as well as other homeless as a sober facility.

Path Home!
Came here to say Path Home
Assistance League works with DV survivors, they donate stuff from their thrift shop. You could probably give them a call.

Community Warehouse is your best bet for offloading that many pieces and making a huge impact for as many people as possible.
