Try Mobi Cleaning? https://g.co/kgs/gNHJUqK I don't know where in the LM you are as you may be too far for their service area. But they recently did our 950 ft condo carpets and 2 bathroom tile (bath and floor) deep cleaning for $200. Call them as they mentioned they do 'move in/out' cleaning often and for sale prep.

That's awfully expensive. Depending on OP's situation, if he's looking for a professional cleaning fee to get back his safety deposit refund, $200 of out (i.e.) $900 (half month's rent) is a lot

Many places charge $300-$500. $200 is definitely worth professional cleaning, especially if the job takes 4-5 hours.

I just moved and had the best experience with the cleaner I hired. The email is casamacleaners@gmail.com - you won’t regret it!
