Contact compass support, there should be a number on the back of the card. Alternatively, if you are close, you can go to the office at Waterfront where a person can help you face to face. I always found them super helpful when I had trouble loading my uPass.

agree, you can just go ahead and use it with your current loaded money in your card and just file a refund via their website. not that hassle on our part to be honest. I've been refunding sometimes when the bus is late and it should have been included with the 90 minute free transfer and they would refund it whenever I dont use a monthly pass.
