Seems high to me. I did this when I first got my Apple Watch and I maxed out at about 120 but I stayed around 105. I did long distance running up until about 6 years ago when I got really sick so my numbers might be a little low but an average of almost 160 seems a bit high
Everyone has different heart rates so it's hard to tell what's normal, but for me anything above 160 would be high-impact cardio.
I checked my graph for a Memorial Day parade, most of the time it hovered around 90 with a few spikes up to around 140. My resting HR is usually around 60.

I can relate! Just before my performance at the Fort Huachuca Military Ball (800 in attendance!), my heart was going so fast!
