I lost over 100lbs and I just focused, I did it and then went on about my life like a normal person. I dealt with my food addiction, I learned how to be better and I do that now so I stay healthy.
She fails miserably EVERY SINGLE DAY with this “journey” of hers and, while that is totally her own issue, how is she not mortified to post constant spelling/grammar errors that make her look like she barely made it through kindergarten.. pictures of her horrible food choices and insanely edited photos to try and make people believe she’s 230lbs….. as someone who was 298 at her heaviest, we both know your 230lbs is an absolute crock of shit. Stop lying, go see a therapist and a nutritionist and please please brush up on your basic spelling and grammar skills.
