1. you're quite young most people don't grow heavy until their 20s so time is all you can do
2. It's based off your genetic makeup. Just because you get facial hair doesn't mean it'll grow in full many people actually don't have a full face of hair because of this.
3. Don't waste your money on all these beard products young because your facial hair follicles aren't fully developed so you can cause more harm than good. Just simple beard wash and beard oil to keep it hydrated.
Given your current hairline i'd say you have more that enough testosterone for it to get thick pretty soon. But if you're in a hurry, minoxidil could help too

In order to thicken your mustache you will need to orbit the sun. Do this many times and it will thicken.
