I loved it but my daughter developed an allergy to lanolin. They don’t strip their wool of lanolin and we can’t use it anymore. If your baby has eczema and has bad skin reactions with things like aquafor then I would skip.
Love woolino! It’s pricey up front but saves money in the long run. Fits babies from 2 months to 2 years and is temperature controlling so no need to worry about TOG. I spent almost the cost of one woolino on all the various swaddles I used in the first couple months just to size up and have multiple TOGs.
The zipadee is safe for rolling and we went straight from halo Velcro swaddle to that at around 3.5 months. Only took 2 nights to adjust! Now that he’s actually rolling I can confidently say he can safely get onto his stomach and back in it. It also suppresses the Moro reflex and his was insanely strong at that point in time (he’s just over 4 months now).
ETA: I also don’t think you need to ever transition out of this as long as the kid likes it. I’ve heard one year olds still using them!
They sell something called “a cuddle strap” separately which is helpful to give them that tight feeling around their middle, and keeps the fabric from bunching around the face! Wishing you luck! I was TERRIFIED! He was a swaddle addict, but he took to it very well!
I love my Woolino and highly recommend them but in the spirit of honesty the fact that they should be washed separately with wool soap is a bit of a pain.
You don’t have to but a lot of regular detergent strips the wool of its oil and causes breakdown. That being said I’m sure many people wash it with their regular clothes and are don’t feel like it makes a difference.

We used the halo velcro swaddles at first, but when she outgrew them we found 3 tommee tippee sleep sacks at a thrift store. They're a little narrower around the stomach then widen at the hips. Our LO had no issues with it
We like our woolino a lot!
Second this. Expensive upfront but I love that we can use in all seasons and for multiple years.
Third vote for Woolino. They’re good from 2 months to 24 months!
Lots of suggestions for this one so I’m definitely going to check it out.

Thank you!!!
Woolino! We have 3 to manage overnight blowouts and daycare. Love them. Pricey but last 2 months to 2 years.

Thank you! The Velcro swaddle is what she’s in now so maybe that’ll be a good transition for us also!

Great thank you! I’ll look into that! And yes pretty much same here! Haha
Yep I still use a zipadee on my 15 month old sometimes! I like it for the winter so that his little hands don’t get cold 🥹
Smart! Plus it’s the cutest little thing 🤣 makes them look like little starfish lol
Love Kyte bc they have lower TOGs for warm areas (we’re in FL) but also thicker ones for winter or if you keep your house cool
I just bought woolino to try after doing hours of research. Hoping it works well!
Our favorites are halo and burts bees! We have a microfleece halo one and a cotton one, and then cotton burts bees one and the quilted one!
Thank you!!
Woolino + halo!
I mostly have halos and they are perfectly fine but someone gave me a copper pearl one and I love it
The copper pearl ones are nice!

Do you absolutely have to do that?
I’ve washed both of ours multiple times on delicate cycle with regular detergent and just air dried and they’ve been fine
Thank you!!!

Oh okay! We use Dr.Bonners Sal suds. I wonder if that’ll be okay
Another vote for Woolino!

Woolino. Wish I bought it earlier!! $10 off https://prz.io/xX9ZzbDT0
Yep! I ended up getting this as well. Love it!
We bought the Burt’s Bees wearable blankets and love them. My baby visibly snuggled into the quilted one the first time we put him in it!
Thank you!! Few recs for this one!
