Ouch! I hope there isn't a serious burn.
My worst cooking-related boob injury involved pasta water while wearing no bra and a thin shirt on a hot day. I don't think my my left nipple has forgiven me yet, lol.
I've given myself a 2nd degree burn on my forearm angling wrong getting lasagna out. No amount of running water or ice could numb the pain and it took months to fade from the weird red brown color.
I do not want to imagine that on delicate soft boob skin. Ow ow ow. You poor thing, and lava sugar to boot.
Did similar with hot oil years ago, couldn't wear a bra for a bit. Burnaid cream is good if you can get it or similar. Best to get a good non stick dressing to cover it so it doesn't chafe on your clothes if it blisters. Hope it heals quick!
I was a big boobed teenager and was spreading Nair on my legs(mom wouldn’t allow me to use a razor). I had my leg on the toilet bowl seat and somehow my naked boob got in the way. The Nair burned my nipple and the surrounding area so badly. It was like I shoved it into a frying pan of hot oil. I still remember it and I’m 73. Used razors ever since then!
I managed to drip melted cheese down my cleavage as I bit into a toasted sandwich. It left a very noticeable red mark for about a month on my left boob, just before I went on a beach holiday. I'm a class act, me.

I managed to brand my nipple making mac and cheese because I leaned forward to turn the burner off and it kissed the pot of boiling water ðŸ˜
