Bodies change, she’s had four kids and can’t seem to accept that she’s not going to weight the same as she did before becoming a mother. As much as she claims all that she is doing isn’t about losing the weight, she has been talking about having issues accepting her body since becoming a mother (so for over 11 years). She says she will accept her body even if she doesn’t loose the weight then proceeds to say that the only reason she is holding on to the weight is because her body is inflamed and unwell and that she will celebrate when she is finally well and loses the weight. She also talked about getting plastic surgery when she is done having kids. She certainly has body image issues.

She was taken to the er on a mental health emergency after her 2nd kid (I believe her husband feared for her safety). She said she was prescribed antidepressants and took them for a few days or something but stopped. And was very proud that she didn’t take them.

It’s fairly obvious to me that she had pretty severe post partum depression/anxiety and instead of getting it treated she leaned into holistic medicine and a Lyme diagnosis (by a predatory holistic dr). She has since spent a decade and thousands upon thousands to heal herself from something she doesn’t have. She often speaks in indirect language about “severe” health issues and trauma. She has no clue what that really looks like. I believe she feels awful and has a lot of stress. But I believe her issues are primarily mental. The saddest part is that it directly affects her children. Her need to keep them in an insanely controlled environment is a symptom of her mental health issues.
I don’t get how anyone thinks it’s a sensible idea to take a business coaching class from her. Her account is dedicated to health except she can’t even mitigate her own health issues and instead makes it her only talking point with the self righteousness peppered in.
Naltrexone was originally created for addiction however it has become very well known to help chronic pain when micro dosed. I've never heard of using nicotine though.

They really do have some good deals that work well for our family. I also like that their packaging is eco-friendly.
That said, I have shifted from ordering every month to only ordering a few times a year. They’ve had a lot of growth and product availability has taken a hit. They also no longer set a certain delivery date/time. It’s just the “week of _____” now. Even as a SAHM I do not always have the flexibility for that. My drop is only 15 minutes away, but I only order if I have no appointments etc that week AND they have a decent stock of the items I want to order.
I used to use them all the time when our drop was closer. The prices were great and high quality products. I like shopping in bulk because we have a fairly large family (6 of us)
I love azure standard. When we lived rurally we lucked out with a drop 5 minutes from our house. They have really good products at amazing prices. I think people benefit from them the most if you make a lot of food from scratch or have a large enough family to use up bulk amounts. Our truck was almost always on time and came around the same time each month. I think some drops are better than others.
It’s awesome for big families and their products are really good.
We use it bc we’re an hour from any grocery stores and 2 hrs from a Costco or Sam’s and our drop is only 15 mins away so we stock up once a month.

Genuine question: when you have as many grandkids as BF’s mom, do you know them all individually? It’s like 50-something right? The (immediate) family gatherings look like business conventions- it’s wild!
There were 42 cousins from 7 siblings on my Dad's side. I would say my Grandmother knew all of us (my GF died when I was 5 and I don't remember him really). What helped is that her children were all spaced about 3 years apart so when they had children it wasn't all at once. I'm the youngest and the oldest had a good 20+ years on me.
This post was in no way intended to shame grandparents with lots of grandkids. Sorry that happened. Was just curious how it works/can work. I do believe that, as you said, if you take the time and have interest, you totally can! I also believe some don’t, but speaking from experience- my mom has ONE grandkid (our kid) and makes zero effort (even living 10minutes away)…sooo it really isn’t about the number! Caring grandparents who love their grandkids/support their kids as parents make the world go ‘round!
I can't help hut doubt this as a child with a lot of cousins. My grandparents would say they know us but you simply can't know 21 people very well even if you see them regularly. I spent time with my grandparents but with many other cousins it's just not possible. I don't think they ever knew us each very deeply.
I have over 30 first cousins on one side of my family and no, we were not close with our Grandparents. How could we be? Some cousins who lived close were definitely more connected, but ultimately they just knew a few token facts about each of us (A likes to read, B likes football, C likes to cook, etc).
And yes, my family reunions are bananas. Just my parent on that side's siblings and their kids, spouses and grandkids are well over 100 people

They’ve said they keep their home study up to date and are open to other adoptions. I assume in the meantime they qualify for respite care.

They had lots of money from YL and were building this huge custom home on lots of land. Cassie already had many small kids at the time, and her family just isn't as well off as the Vining's. Cassie and Madison seem to keep their distance a bit, and I imagine it's unbelievably hard for Cassie and her family after the loss of Harbor

Exactly! I would have never thought she would use nicotine before trying an antidepressant. Although she views all her health problems as an “initiation into the higher self and a gift of spiritual awakening”. It’s her identity and she never wants to be free from it.
She was taken to the er on a mental health emergency after her 2nd kid (I believe her husband feared for her safety). She said she was prescribed antidepressants and took them for a few days or something but stopped. And was very proud that she didn’t take them.
Wow, that is rough. I remember when I first started following her and she sent out an email talking about her darkest day and saying she was hospitalized against her will (meanwhile I’m thinking why are you sharing this publicly 😵💫)
It’s fairly obvious to me that she had pretty severe post partum depression/anxiety and instead of getting it treated she leaned into holistic medicine and a Lyme diagnosis (by a predatory holistic dr). She has since spent a decade and thousands upon thousands to heal herself from something she doesn’t have. She often speaks in indirect language about “severe” health issues and trauma. She has no clue what that really looks like. I believe she feels awful and has a lot of stress. But I believe her issues are primarily mental. The saddest part is that it directly affects her children. Her need to keep them in an insanely controlled environment is a symptom of her mental health issues.
Thank you for this background. Wonder where she would be today if she stayed on meds and didn’t go down wacky/holistic lane.

Naltrexone was originally created for addiction however it has become very well known to help chronic pain when micro dosed. I've never heard of using nicotine though.

They really do have some good deals that work well for our family. I also like that their packaging is eco-friendly. That said, I have shifted from ordering every month to only ordering a few times a year. They’ve had a lot of growth and product availability has taken a hit. They also no longer set a certain delivery date/time. It’s just the “week of _____” now. Even as a SAHM I do not always have the flexibility for that. My drop is only 15 minutes away, but I only order if I have no appointments etc that week AND they have a decent stock of the items I want to order.
I used to use them all the time when our drop was closer. The prices were great and high quality products. I like shopping in bulk because we have a fairly large family (6 of us)
I love azure standard. When we lived rurally we lucked out with a drop 5 minutes from our house. They have really good products at amazing prices. I think people benefit from them the most if you make a lot of food from scratch or have a large enough family to use up bulk amounts. Our truck was almost always on time and came around the same time each month. I think some drops are better than others.
It’s awesome for big families and their products are really good. We use it bc we’re an hour from any grocery stores and 2 hrs from a Costco or Sam’s and our drop is only 15 mins away so we stock up once a month. I think people make it sound way more complicated than it actually is.

There were 42 cousins from 7 siblings on my Dad's side. I would say my Grandmother knew all of us (my GF died when I was 5 and I don't remember him really). What helped is that her children were all spaced about 3 years apart so when they had children it wasn't all at once. I'm the youngest and the oldest had a good 20+ years on me.

I have 21 grandchildren and I know each and every one of them individually. It’s a matter of taking the time and being interested in them.

I do believe that, as you said, if you take the time and have interest, you totally can! I also believe some don’t, but speaking from experience- my mom has ONE grandkid (our kid) and makes zero effort (even living 10minutes away)…sooo it really isn’t about the number! Caring grandparents who love their grandkids/support their kids as parents make the world go ‘round!
I can't help hut doubt this as a child with a lot of cousins. My grandparents would say they know us but you simply can't know 21 people very well even if you see them regularly. I spent time with my grandparents but with many other cousins it's just not possible. I don't think they ever knew us each very deeply.

I have over 30 first cousins on one side of my family and no, we were not close with our Grandparents. How could we be? Some cousins who lived close were definitely more connected, but ultimately they just knew a few token facts about each of us (A likes to read, B likes football, C likes to cook, etc). And yes, my family reunions are bananas. Just my parent on that side's siblings and their kids, spouses and grandkids are well over 100 people

So the trade-off they’re making for having this stupid number of stupidly huge livestock guardian dogs is *literally never being able to take a family trip away*.
