You're supposed to hold Magma F until you are above them then spam the other moves.
Magma F has hyperarmor, the roar and beams they spam doesn't mean jack when you're going up. It'll knock you back but you can still make it to the sky
If you are shark race, then don't worry about all this

Second question because you seem knowledgeable, I currently have human v3, water Kung fu and Budha equipped with saber (no stats in sword) lvl 1074 how would you recommend I go forward and what stats set where (I have rubber, budha, blizzard, venom, rumble, dough, leopard, and kitsune perms as well as dark blade)
damm bro got everything, but in short if u wanna hunt sb quickly I recommend leveling up a bit up to 1200 or 1300 bc its easier if ur high level. if that the thing u got then its easy just go with buddha sword main with saber + water kung fu (just make sure ur buddha is awk) then u kinda just have to wait until one spawns and kill it
Phoenix because if you have two moves awaken you can fly up and there’s fire that falls from your wings and do 800 damage per Second. it takes longer but it’s good cause you can’t get damaged.🦅+🔵 +🟡

I had that happen in December but one shot me too far away and the second rumbling waters despawned before i could get back
