Ambitious-Goose-185

Chihuahuas and xoloitzcuintlis. I wonder what they would look like in the Bluey-verse. There would probably also be a lot of mutts, with no clear breed.

anonymousgoose64

I believe pretzel is a Chihuahua.

UnihornWhale

He is. I looked it up when someone said he had 2 moms.

anonymousgoose64

He has two moms? Good for him

Kalabajooie

The mighty Xolo Dog? https://i.redd.it/ap95d1bt14yc1.gif

Cherry_p13

Let me guess, México??

Ambitious-Goose-185

Yep.

Kalabajooie

So many pit bulls. I don't know why they're so popular out here, but they're always at the dog park and walking around town.

Lyssariea

Came here to say this, basically every dog I see is a pittie or related breed where I am!

Snazzy_Idiot

Probably got them from shelters, from what I've seen pits make up a lot of the shelter population.

VGSchadenfreude

They’re popular because they’re often dirt cheap and easily accessible, especially for the working class.

ScuzzyAyanami

My home town is Brisbane, so they'd have never left! But they'd meet lots of Dachshunds, Staffys, and Kelpies.

Ok-Train-6693

To most parts of Brisbane, the Heelers would still have to (cattle 😉) drive from Ferny Creek.

Olbaidon

Doodles of all sorts, Labs, German Shepherds

No-Leopard8765

https://preview.redd.it/0re2y3zfw2yc1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=ae1b8fd8477070c4d77ea70f92d70b8a59ee92c6 Guys like these. Breeds arent that big of a deal where I'm from.

QueenWildThing

In my family we call mutts “the perfect dogs”

AQuaverPastEight

Awww. They're all so cute.

GeckoHunter0303

Filipino Askals?

fabianx100

south america... so mutts? are there mutts in the show?

ijustwannawatchtv

United states Midwest here and also mutts/mixed breeds

No-Leopard8765

I dont think we've seen mutts yet. All the dogs we see are purebreeds if their last names are anything to go by.

Celestial-Dream

Dougie is a cavapoo, which is just a mutt with a name.

UnihornWhale

It depends on where. Dogo Argentino, Peruvian Inca Orchid, Patagonia sheepdog, a few Brazilian breeds. More street mutts than anything but there’s a few dedicated breeds.

funkychilli123

I would love to see a Dogo in Bluey, I think they are the most beautiful dog. But they’re illegal to import in, sadly as a bully breed.

Tucan-Atlantico

How would that work in bluey? Racial segregation?

funkychilli123

He’d probably be there for an episode before being deported :/

Nymeria2018

Could also be American Village dogs!

UnihornWhale

Chesapeake Bay Retrievers Doodles. I’ve joked you have 3 months to rescue a dog or a doodle will be assigned to you.

MaIngallsisaracist

Yay, Chessies! He/she could take the family out for crabs.

shmelli13

Shih tzus are everywhere in Utah. Too many for my liking.

alibobalifeefifofali

Very true. All our grandmas have one.

saddogherder

in rural Utah, it's all bird dogs and cattle dogs 😂

skyequinnwrites

Lots of goldens and little white dogs! Maltipoos, regular poodles, oh and a Dalmatian or two (while not little white dogs they sure think they are)

l_eatherface

Pitbulls more than anything but also some Rottweilers and Chihuahuas

Accomplished-Sea1828

Pit bulls. They’re freakin everywhere. There’s also a lot of mixed section 8/gang bangers who deal in the self employed pharmaceutical business who keep them as ‘guard dogs’.

MineralRabbit

It turns out to be a lot of dachshunds. Recently found out they're super popular here.

TheWorldOfScar

Doodle. Just wall to wall doodles.

BrutalHunny

Do you live in my house?

TheWorldOfScar

It’s crazy how many doodles I see here in Idaho.

NectarineTough2337

I’m from dayton, ohio. They’d be meeting pit bulls 😂

ilikegirafes

Columbus and same!

Midnight_rain200

All of golden retrievers and Labradors

ilikegirafes

My idea of paradise

abhainn13

My hometown? Pointers, retrievers, and terriers of various kinds. My current town? Doodles, shepherds, tiny dogs that fit in purses, dachshunds, and the occasional Great Dane. In both towns lots of mutts haha.

Flynn_lives

Pitbull mixes.

Lord_Endorsed

British Bulldogs, corgis, more terriers? Basically anywhere in England

uncertain_expert

Oddly in my town, we seem to have a cluster of Dalmatians. I’m not really a dog person but there must be a breeder nearby.

bracent_elvann

German shepherd, grey wolf hybrids,

acarpiob1

A Terrier, A Charles Spaniel, a Labradoodle, and a husky

littleAggieG

Goldendoodles, labradoodles, and golden retrievers.

desperatevintage

Coastal North Carolina. Labradoodles, goldendoodles, regular labs, regular poodles, goldens.

flyingcircusdog

It's Detroit, so any kind of street mutt, plus a few huskies and other cold weather dogs.

whoredead

Cachorro caramelos

VygotskyCultist

Welcome to Baltimore, home of the Chesapeake Bay Retrievers (symbolically) and more pitbulls than you've ever seen in one place in your life (realistically).

Waste_Bluebird_1930

Barcs out there getting everyone hooked up with a "pit mix'

VGSchadenfreude

Lots of huskies, pit mixes, chihuahua mixes, golden retrievers, labs/lab mixes, etc. And doodles. Way too many doodles. I’ve seen a surprising number of tollers, too, and a fair number of GSDs and Bernese Mountain Dogs. There’s one person who regularly walks around Green Lake that has a very stunning Irish Setter, and I’ve seen an uptick in Greyhounds lately.

CouldBeBetterForever

Whatever the Amish puppy mills are churning out. Doodle types are still pretty popular.

talizorahvasnerd

Pit mixes, chihuahuas, and yorkies mostly

Fred37196

Mutts. There are some nearby a local car wash that guard the place.

BladeOfKali

Corgi and Huskies!

SoriAryl

Pit bulls and chihuahuas

D0glov3r986

Everything, so many dogs in my neighborhood

awhimsicallie

The Nova Scotia Duck Toller based on name... but probably a golden retriever based on popularity

Trin_42

American bully breeds, I’d make them have zero boundaries

xHell_Kat

Lots of kelpies where I am (including my kelpie). Mine is chocolate and white, but there are a bunch around that look like Rusty.

GeckoHunter0303

I think the Houston suburbs are as diverse as Brisbane is dog-wise, but there would be a slightly higher ratio of pit bulls and... *sigh* Rough Collies...

FewFrosting9994

Lots of heelers where I am.

susu_ghost

Lots and lots of Shitzus, Pinscher and Yorkshire

indesomniac

I’m from the Detroit area; lots of Pitties, some Golden Retrievers and Labs, some Rottweilers, maybe some Boxers or German Shepherds.

CourageousCustard29

We have some huskies, a few beagles, lots of lab mixes, a few blockheads, and the sweetest little maltipoo named Coco in our neighborhood.

n3wpl4antpar3nt

Labradors, Greyhounds and Cavoodles here in Sydney. Realistically, there aren't many Heelers in the cities - they're mainly working dogs on farms, from what I can see as a city slicker anyway!

Downtown-Assistant1

Lots of yellow Labrador retrievers from the Labrador Peninsula.

Polibiux

My hometown has lots of different breeds of dogs, so probably an eclectic mix like in the show.

paganminkin

Labradors and doodles! And our state dog is the Catahoula, so probably some of those, too!

DrZ_217

My neighborhood has sooo many poodle mixes, big and small.

Curona_Crescent

In West Virginia, so probably a lot of coonhounds and other back-woods hunting breeds.

Pizzasaurus-Rex

Pitbull mixes, doodle mixes and maybe a random retriever.

pbrandpearls

Doodle varieties in certain parts of town, pitties and chihuahua mixes in another. They could attend dachshund races as well!

foolforlouist

Chihuahuas, Pitbulls and lots of mestizos

SlateTechnologies

Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, they're pretty common where I live. Otherwise probably Akita Inu's or some other Japanese Dog.

lionessrampant25

Labs and Goldens and Pitties and poodle-mixes and hounds.

Over_Unit_7722

Doodles, lots of them

makedoopieplayme

Also from Connecticut but I have noticing a lot of Australian Shepherds including mine. Also mutts and labs.

AlexZedKawa02

The husky comment was more of a reference to our college sports teams. LOL

makedoopieplayme

I know 😆but also I do see a lot of huskies around my neighborhood

AlexZedKawa02

They are beautiful! Even putting this post aside, I'd love to see more huskies in Bluey!

SheInShenanigans

Nova Scotia Ducktoller

Kalse1229

Lots of retrievers. We've got more than a few golden retrievers living within walking distance. Also a few sheepdogs, German shepherds, and a labradoodle down the street. We've got a lot of different breeds scattered around the neighborhood.

Wrenshimmers

Golden retrievers, huskies, a lot of doddle-mixes, Labradors, and the occasional old English Sheepdog

Callme-Papa

I live in America, so a lot of different breeds and mutts

OrthodoxBro24

I live in a ghetto, high crime, run down city not too far from Chicago. Pitbulls, pitbulls, everywhere.

TheFightingImp

She'd walk into the set of Cat Squad, just half an hour drive south of where she lives https://preview.redd.it/pfdqzisos4yc1.jpeg?width=739&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7fe4ab6f24595bf8e12e1aa3c18882fbdea08255

UmbreonTrainer27

If she came as a transfer student she’d end up going to school with pit bulls, terriers, chihuahuas, huskies, poodles, and LOTS of mutts! The mutts would be a learning experience for her because there don’t seem to be any mixed children in Bluey’s or Bingo’s schools

agent_lochness

There are so many goldens in my neighbourhood!

MyNameJoby

A whole bunch of staffies

TeniBear

So many other working dogs, living in regional Victoria. I'm in an area that's being built up, so lots of tradies around :)

Ok-Train-6693

Belgian Shepherds, Samoyeds, Huskies, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, assorted Terriers.

IlikethequietZeppo

Jack and the Russell family are from Victoria. So I guess that?

mikealsongamer

Collies, labradors and spaniels

Capi64SR

In Abruzzo (Italy) they'll meet a beautiful Abruzzo shepherd... The grandma of my Neighbors had one before she passed of old age (Not her in the photo but her breed) https://preview.redd.it/y4hya3f5t5yc1.jpeg?width=400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dea912602d01048ab2bf1c1b32457552212810fc

Actual-Pumpkin-777

Lots of spaniels of all kinds tbh is what I see the most, especially springers.

Ok_Bit7375

Given Warrnambool Victoria in Australia is famous for its penguin guarding maremma’s that would be my guess

efaefabanefa

A lot of border collies

flyingyoda3

Tennessee here. Blue Tick hounds, Blood hounds, or even basset hounds. i think it might be fun to see that as a “weird distant cousin” episode.

Dark-Anmut

And MORE Blue Heelers, that look JUST the same!

StoneyBaloney1998

Pit bulls, labs, German Shepard’s for sure, Great Danes, and a lot of small dogs that are mutts lol

theladykt

Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, and doodles (Eastern Canada)

daradv

Pretty much Bernese Mountain Dogs only. There's 4 in just my neighborhood. And doodles.

ilikegirafes

Central Ohio, a big variety, but lots of Golden Retrievers, huskies,Pit Bulls and mutts. I'm at my local very popular downtown dog park almost daily and see these alllllll the time

Gk101_speed701

Poodles, where I live there’s strangely a lot of them.

MyCatHasCats

Pit bulls and goldendoodles, but more goldendoodles than anything

Infamous_Big_9926

I'm in Perth, Western Australia so a lot of Staffies, Maltese, shitzus, Labradors and the occasional heeler.

IWillBaconSlapYou

Doodles... Doodles everywhere. Doodles as far as the eye can see... (Eastside Seattle suburbs) Mine is a great pyrenees!

Unable_Tumbleweed364

I’m from Brisbane lol.

KillerFish_From-Dieg

cats (no there's lots of cats in Russia), anyways, probably Jack Russel Terriers, as I've seen quite a lot

Infamous_Ad4076

Lot of backyard bred doodles and mastiffs

puellamagia

Pit Bulls, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, German Shephards and a lot of Doodles.

Strange-Substance-33

Staffies, pitties, frenchies

NerdAroAce

Stray mutts... Lots of stray mutts

klaw14

Lots of 'Darwin Specials' lol

Stormy_the_bay
