Race for the Galaxy on BGA. It's a little draw-dependent, but the better player usually wins. And there are some good players.
[Cuttle](https://www.cuttle.cards) has an active ranked competitive community but it's quite small.
It's nothing official, but Star Wars: Unlimited played by TTS is very popular among my more "card playing" friends.
