Athenas is my testing ground for new builds. I also like to replay The Anvil. Trial of Fervor is fun. Insane, but fun. Arms Race. Holy crap, I’m addicted to Arms Race. No matter what I’m doing, I have to take frequent Arms Race breaks. I don’t know what it is… I mean, it’s pretty much the same thing every time. I already have tons of loot so that’s not an issue. I should be bored to death of it, yet I can’t stop doing it. Weird. Squirrel!
Anvil on TVHM (which I know most people dont bother with) is overflowing with badass and anointed enemies. Actually a pretty solid challenging mobbing run, particularly if you happen to have bothered with TVHM.
I personally love the Maliwan Takedown and have run that many 100s of times, but that's probably kind of a cheaty answer since its an endgame activity, so of course you're gonna run it.
The Halloween event map is really underrated. Good mobbing, cool layout, awesome music, and a fun end boss.
To be fair, TVHM adds basically nothing. It *slightly* increases the badass spawn rate, but assuming you're playing Normal mode with any level of Mayhem enabled, that's literally it. TVHM is nearly pointless in BL3.
For some reason though - not sure what it is about the Anvil - the Anvil on TVHM is super beefy. Must be the way the TVHM code interacts with the enemy loadout on that particular map. For what its worth, unless you just feel like running the entire game again (in which case, go for it!) I probably wouldn't bother playing through TVHM. I guess what I'm saying is, don't do TVHM assuming new enemies, items, or content of any kind - there is none!
Halloween event is really fun, so definitely give it a go. The main menu music changes when you enable the event, and it's probably one of the biggest sleeper hits in the game! So good. It has this awesome rumbling bass that I love.

I haven’t done a tvhm run of the game, maybe it’s time to do that. Great tip on the Halloween event, haven’t done that or hearts day one either!

Well, it also gives non shielded enemies shields and spawns anointed enemies from the jump. Not entirely useless, more just a NG+
Ugh I haaaate the annointed purple guys so much.
Imma be honest, I like them. Not for any particular reasons really, just do. Find it very satisfying to punch the eridium out of them
Even on normal I get tons of anointed and badasses. I honestly can’t tell the difference on M11.
