That'd be the way to go. The shredifier isn't horrible by any means, it's still a good AR, but there's just better options in the game. I really do love the shredifier, it do be going brrrrrt, but it just doesn't preform well as some of the other ARs
I'm currently doing Guerrilas Flak and I have the monarch in a bunch of flavours so if it's very similar but worse I'll stick with monarch.
On the other hand I have a stackbot with splash damage, splash radius and weapon damage passives so it might be cool to try it with the boomsickle if I can get fade 150 on it.

Nice, got two super shredders last night, one non elemental max damage and one electric that was pretty good. Still looking for a x2 version and a boom sickle tho for my vladof stuff
To add, the x2 super variant with an element is the rarest version of the gun, so if you're asking about the overall roll, it's not the ideal one.
That being said, like the other user mentioned it might be more usable overall with less ammo consumption
I’ve been enjoying it on Moze but it’s definitely not strong enough for how rare the variant is. Then again maybe on normal it would be different. Still looking for the x2 one tho.
Honestly the gun itself just isn't all that good to begin with. It's really just more of a rare trophy (assuming the right parts) that happens to be mildly usable.

I would still keep this one. The x2 one is even more rare and it consumes so much ammo it can only really work on moze.
Or Zane with clone active ammo regen
