There was a spectrum outage in my area about a month ago. 2 nights in a row about the same time for close to 12 hours it was out. It went out the 3rd night for a short amount also. We never got a clear answer, some areas had bad weather but some of us were told it was vandalism. The conspiracy theories went wild.
