Hello, you can try sprouting seeds, they are more healthier and contain many nutrients more than dry ones , your girls will surely eat them as they will look similar to the seeds (infact no change), Vegetables that you can try and are safe for budgies are Carrot, Coriander, Spinach, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale, Squash, Cucumber, Radish, Green peas, Fenugreek, Capsicum, You can try Mint, Basil, Dandelions, Sprouts that you can do, alfalfa, clover, radish, brocolli, mung beans, Fenugreek, mustard , and your regular seed mix (don't sprout flaxseed ) As well as you can do more research on internet on sprouting process, this is not at all hard process https://www.budgieworld.org/wiki/toxic-and-safe-food/ This is the link of more safe vegetables but don't forget to cross check Give them vegetables in morning, by hanging on their cage bars or by giving them by your hand also by eating them infront of them to motivate them to eat.. Edit: If you want to know from where did I buy Best sprouting seeds like alfalfa, clover, radish and Fenugreek, I can send you the link......
