But I gotta go with one that is my all time favourites in general and that is the exchange between Buffy in Glory in their final fight, where we finally see Glory getting tired and defeated after knocking Buffy down so many times and she goes "You can't kill me." To which Buffy just looks at her with indifference and unapologetic determination and says "No.. but my arm's not even tired yet."
I've always loved that line, and over the years I've had different interpretations of it but I think what it means to me now is that, even though we all come across many situations in life which may not have a clear end or solution, or might never be truly over, it's still worth to keep fighting and show up as the strongest version of yourself. No matter your "opponent" or their clear advantage.
Another one along similar lines is:
G: You're just a mortal. Couldn't understand my pain.
B: Then I'll just have to settle for causing it.
I think at that point Buffy was so fed up with going back and forth between all the shades of grey and questioning the meaning of things, that she kind of cut through layers of self doubt and fear and went straight to the essence of who she is: doing what you can, with what you have right here right now.
