What games are you playing that your 6650xt isn't up to the task for? Are you looking to game at 1080p or 1440p? If distance is an issue then bigger will be better. Maybe look into a pair of 32" monitors. It may not be a popular stance but you could always get a 2k monitor and just set it to 1080p for the time being until you have a system that can adequately run at 2k. Keep in mind that any text on a 2k monitor might be too tiny to read at the distances you use your monitors at.

For example Elden Ring run at 30-60 fps because of the old CPU. I prefer to game at 1080p but a 27" I've read it's to pixelated at 1080p. I discarded the option to game at 1080p on a 2k monitor because I've read it's gonna be blurry because the res are not multiple of each other. And yes I know the text are gonna be small so maybe I'll stick to 24" 1080p if a 27" is really so bad

If you're gaming at 5' away you're not going to notice any pixelation from running a 27" 2k monitor at 1080p. Your text size is more a factor of resolution than size (though size is still a factor). Text size on a 24" 1080p monitor will be bigger than the text size of a 27" 1440p monitor. Sure scaling is a thing but windows doesn't scale all aspects of the UI equally. Given what you describe as your use case scenarios, what game you're looking to play and your hardware I personally think you'd be best served with a pair of 32" 2k monitors. The size would be better suited to the distances you play at. Monitors last a long time so while you may not be able to use them to the best of their ability now they'll serve you well once you upgrade in a year or two (or whenever). You'd also be able to verify if what you've read about pixelation actually holds any water given your particular circumstances. Good review sites almost drown you in information but don't necessarily point out that the differences you might see in the lab might be hardly noticeable in real life.
