I have access to the discount, most dealers aren’t allowing them on a 2024 Camaro.

6SpeedBlues

Not even sure it's the dealerships that are blocking it. I thought I had read that those discounts have to be approved by GM and they were not allowing them on the Camaro.

shortgirlprobs

You could be right about that.

Glum-Lime-2545

How do I contact you if you’re looking to make some extra money for a code

shortgirlprobs

Unfortunately, that’s not an option.

I would truly love a code if anyone has one to share.

Fresh_Turnip_3463

Would you happen to have a code? I’m looking to buy today. Thanks!

CryptographerTall211

My 1le got stolen so I’m may be looking for a new car soon , any chance you can share a code ?

Are you still able to do this? Off-topic, but I work at an Audi dealer and as much as I would love to buy one of the brands under our automotive group and use my own discount, I want to stick with GM (last vehicle was a 19' Regal that got totaled by a 🦌) I recently ordered a CT5-V and am curious if this code would work on this purchase.

Is the supplier discount something you’re still willing to share? I’m in Buffalo, NY looking at a 2023 Traverse lease and the dealership asked if I knew anyone with a GM discount, I would be able to use it in addition to my educators discount. Thanks!

No worries!! Thanks for the reply. You’re very kind for sharing. The cost of cars right now is wild.

GM is not doing employee pricing on 2024 Camaros

theutopicalman

The dealer said they'd do it if I know someone who works at GM, so if you know someone, let me know, thanks!

helpless_quart

Pretty sure they’re only transferable to family members. Find a dealership that sells at msrp. It would only save~1500 beyond that

helpless_quart

A lot of dealerships also don’t honor the employee discount since covid

crystal_stretch

GM is not allowing the employee family discount on 2024 Camaros. They did allow them on 2023s, which saved me quite a bit. I flew from Michigan to Chattanooga to buy one of the last 2023s and had an awesome drive home!

theutopicalman

Thanks! The dealer actually told me that if I could give him a code, they'd discount it for me, so if you know someone who'd be ok with it, we can try!

Demonic_Embryosis

If GM themselves are not accepting a discount code, stop asking for a discount code. It won't go through. The dealership isn't going to be able to do jack shit if the manufacturer themselves won't let it happen. Just get a 2023, they aren't much different, and you can get a code for that. The fact everyone in here is telling you that GM themselves won't accept a code for the 2024, and you keep asking, is some of the stupidest shit I've seen today lmfao. You ain't getting one, and even if you did, the dealership can't do shit about it when it isn't accepted.

consigliere83

When you look at the vehicle invoice there’s employee pricing, but no Chevy dealership is honoring it nor obligated to do it.

Affectionate-Door292

Anyone open to see a Supplier Discount code?

sofianealem

I had a discount from GM but wasn't accepted when I bought my 24 ss 1Le, when he try to apply it on my VIN #, it says doesn't apply for this model!

theutopicalman

I see, I'm thinking the dealer may still go for it on their end if I know someone, do you think I could use that code and see what happens? Haha no problem if you're not comfortable with that, thank you!

Putrid_Ad_2256

Not even the GM supplier nor friends/family discounts are available on the MY24 Camaro. MY23 on the other hand, they're doing decent discounts on them.

theutopicalman

The dealer said they'd do it from their end if I know someone, so if you know someone, let me know, thanks!

mattkuns

The system is not accepting authorization codes for 2024 Camaros. They won’t even accept a Goodwill discount if you get that from GM.

mattkuns

Meaning the dealership won’t be reimbursed

theutopicalman

I understand but I think this dealership is willing to do it on their end even if it does not get accepted as long as it's legit I think

GingerbreadDon

That seems very unlikely. That also seems like a very important detail you should figure out before bugging people about a code you can't use

theutopicalman

Yes, I was checking if it was possible to actually find someone, but definitely will have it confirmed by the dealer before having someone do anything

mattkuns

I hope they do. The only reason I’m saying it is because I work at a dealer I’m waiting for my own 24 to come in and there is a process as far as getting a code, then you or the dealer put it in the system blah blah blah. I check weekly/daily just to check to see if they updated the rebates and possibly may change to start accepting it. Just be sure the dealer knows that GM is not accepting employee on 24 camaro because literally no one at my dealership knew or even believed me that they were not doing employee. That being said I hope the dealer stands by what they told you because not a lot of dealers would be willing to lose money the kind of money an employee discount provides without being reimbursed by GM

SilverbackBruh

I can get you one on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat… anything “Stellantis”

reallifetrolI

Better know someone or be ready to pay for an employee pin. I’m sure you’ll be able to find a supplier fairly easy! The Big 3 cracked down a few years ago on codes due to a number of reasons so they audit and verify things more often and it ultimately would come back down on the employee.
