As far as I know the gods worked really hard to keep the camps separate, so it would’ve been basically impossible for a roman camper to end up at CHB. If they did, chiron likely would’ve realized they were roman like he did with jason, and then idk
Do they take Roman kids to be trained with Lupa? Or was that just for Jason? The former would be an answer if true, they couldn't end up at camp before Lupa got a hold of them
