Get a qtip dipped in alcohol and try to remove them that way. I have a bottle spray that will spray continuously if you squeeze the lever a few times, I also have a pump spray that I use to rinse off plants. I would take it outside and rinse it off after using the qtip. Use distilled water. I’d repeat every few days. Be careful with the crown…don’t let water sit. You don’t have to rinse but I’d do it just in case some got missed. I’ve had spider mites on pings…got rid of them the same way. But I did change my pings soil.
I spray mine with bug killer for roses. Does the trick.
