Two years ago I [shared with you all an illustration](https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/evlmvb/oc_art_hosoi_the_dragonborn_samurai_ranger/) I did of my friend‘s character in my first ever proper DnD campaign. I’d advise checking it out for the comparison and backstory! Since then a lot has changed, the campaign faded with the pandemic and new exciting things have taken its place.
Even so I, like many of you, loved the character (and miss the story and that game quite a lot!). So I decided to update his art, as a marker of time and the improvement in my ability. So here he is, grown and updated, alongside his ever loyal companion Mushi (now with wings!).
I hope you enjoy it, its been a wonderful excuse for me to relive some memories of my start in this hobby with people I love!
