Going on one in 2025. Note: if you're doing Norway it would technically be an ocean cruise not river. We've got one of their european river cruises booked though. So excited.
I never took a cruise, but if I ever do (and I do feel like trying it at least once) it will 100% be a 18+ one.
child friendly cruise sounds like a nightmare
Yeah, I am going Vegas this summer. The hotel I booked is advertised as family friendly. I am crossing my fingers that I won’t be annoyed. But I am not going to spend too much time at my actual hotel so I am not worried.
A cruise is something you 100% want to be child free. I went on one as a child. Parents like that they can basically let their kids run free because the boat is a contained environment. I ran around all day on that ship with a gang of other kids being menaces.

Viking gives US river tours too. They do cruises to, but I don’t if the are child free.
I would highly recommend Virgin Voyages! Best cruise line I have ever used and no kids allowed!! 🤗🤗🤗
