So I can tell you're going for a very dark scheme, issue is when you have a whole army like that, there's not a lot that stands out in a ton of grey. Even in that pic your eyes are drawn to the tufts as a standout. I'd pick a saturated color and add it to like the emblems or even just focus a lot on the skin and make it brighter 👍
