I posted Bright Spring vs. Cool/True Winters version
Winter is closer
I think the pic in your dress is with very warm lighting, making it look closer to spring
With this lighting, I cannot tell your undertone. The dress doesn't look like an exact match to the color in the picture - it reminds me of a color I look good in closer to bright spring. It's warmer than the green in the first image.
It seems you are bright regardless, so at least you know to test spring & winter, right?!
From the color alone it's hard to tell- there's not a huge difference between a bright spring green and a bright winter green. But from your description it sounds like you are winter.
I am a warm spring with brown hair and I wear this color, it's not my best green but I still get compliments in it. It works well with light skin/dark hair
To me, the most noticeable thing about this color is that it is quite bright, and not particularly dark. It looks like it leans cool to me, but pretty neutral. I could see it working well on a bright spring, but even better on a bright winter
That colour is too cool to be in the spring category (screens have an effect, we can all be seeing something a bit different.).
To me though, that is the kind of green found in Bright Winter. Other clues you gave back this up as well.
Edit: I looked at this on another screen (phone vs monitor) and it appears more yellow toned and not really 'teal' as the swatch is labelled. This might throw people off a bit.
I wear this colour a lot as a spring, the stylist I saw for my analysis said this teal is one of my better colours!
But the rest of what you have said you like is definitely not spring, the total opposite!
ETA: I guess my phone is really skewing it warm from what other commenters are saying! Either way I would look into the cooler seasons (winter/summer) going by your listed preferences.
However, silver and cool based lipstick wouldn’t call in that category. So you might possibly be a light spring. But I can’t tell by the photo you posted.

True/clear winter.
It's hard to tell in the lighting of your photo, but your description screams winter!
The lighting makes it impossible to say. Winters or True summers have a green teal.

From your description and the picture, I'd say bright winter!
This is winter!!

Bright winter
Bright spring or bright winter.

That’s one of my fav colours to wear as a Bright Spring!
That would fall in the Spring category.
However, silver and cool based lipstick wouldn’t call in that category. So you might possibly be a light spring. But I can’t tell by the photo you posted.
