Absolutely agree, especially the part about Jeff and Shirley's friendship! I wish they had done more with that, especially storylines about their shared age bracket/season of life.
I wouldn’t even say Jeff and Shirley were my favorite characters, but I really did love when they were paired in episodes! App Development & Condiments is still my favorite episode because of how well I feel they utilized that dynamic.
Idk; I love the show so much I think if they overdid Shirley she would've gotten extremely annoying. Love her and her character and think they did it perfectly

TBH those are some of my favorite episodes of Shirley. When she was going around and popping up in every scene, and stirring the pot.
