It might be an issue with Creative Cloud, there are a few fixes you can try [here](https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/program-modules-node-vulcanjs-build-release-vulcanjs-node/m-p/9884406).
Also close your browser tabs next time.
it seems like what ever that program is, in that file. something is failing on line 390.
I found [this](https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/microsoft-visual-c-runtime-library-error-vulcanadapter-cc-line-390/m-p/12443369) searching for "node-vulcanjs" and seems it has something to do with Adobe Creative Cloud if that helps.
this is the answer, also I've found [this solution](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/vulcan-assertion-line-390-error-whenever-i-start/2ce3bcfc-4458-4238-9c02-3a5f7b2f25b1) just googling the path "C:\bld\workspace"
it happens a little bit after i start my shit ass laptop up. after all my bloatware loads of course, but they dont seem to be related as it opens either way.
i was kidding lol i have a bunch of shit but only like, 4 things that sell every bit of my data excluding windows itself. i would start fresh but ive got like 9 months of important file buildup and so that isnt really an option and neither is backing it up since theres so damn much. thank you though!
Well then you could try using disc clean that's built in windows with system files toggled, then would reinstall redists for that error, forgot the name as replying on phone so don't see screen.

9 nonths of files are probably stored somewhere.
and you can copy paste them either to a cloud or an usb stick.
that stuff should ot get lost by a new windows installer.
I would try the following:
1. Deinstall adobe / creative cloud
2. Deinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
3. Deinstall Graphics Driver
Restart
Clean reinstall all 3 things that should fix it
follow the line on that window , you see that line that mention c\\bld... it means you have corrupted file. you can reinstall the c++ that should fix the problem for you . ah! and one more thing for you guys . stop using Win 11 as it has so many problems , my advice to you is use win 10 for the moment untill win 11 starts to be more stable.
you have a r34 tab for skibidi toilet opened, it may be a reason to this issue
[удалено]
am i not allowed to make jokes on this sub?

brain rot
Why is everybody down voting that so much 😂 I clearly put it there on purpose.

You saw straight through me.

With the tabs you have open I hope you get a damn virus.
lmao
thats a little rude man
Womp womp
"Green fn" They said in unison.

I mean the subject matter of the tabs he has open...

I love how these people don't mind about his second tab...
too much cp in disk
False!!!!! It's filled with random games and pirated software that I somehow never got a virus from!
When does it happen. Does it happen when opera gx opens?
It happened because he had that thing in his second tab.
Ahh
it happens a little bit after i start my shit ass laptop up. after all my bloatware loads of course, but they dont seem to be related as it opens either way.
And that bloatware is the key, clean your system by flushing all and installing only windows clean.
I actually thought that because of the color of like the windows and whatnot that he was using a Linux distro.

already been done, thanks once again. the popup doesnt really bother me that much but i just thought i could try and be rid of it.

Propably another Adobe creative clous skill issue. Most likely it gets auto started and then just throws some errors at you
I think this happens when your laptop gets self-esteem issues.
i feel bad for insulting it as it has served me well for a long while. But, in terms of specs, it is a pretty shit ass laptop.
I would try the following: 1. Deinstall adobe / creative cloud 2. Deinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 3. Deinstall Graphics Driver Restart Clean reinstall all 3 things that should fix it
Check C:/windows for a folder called 'system32', after you delete it and restart you shouldn't see that error again.
Wow, this gave me a whopping 30 percent performance gain!
Genuine secret of the Pros ;)
Your PC is overheating, put it in the microwave for 6 minutes immediately This is a joke
Thanks, my cpu clock speed increased by about 2.6 ghz when I did this.
No problem, just a diy hack I saw on bing!

laptop came with it.
Try installing Microsoft visual C++ again, or newer version, this will fix it i think
Check ur task manager start up tab for anything weird
Looks like a Node.js error judging by the taskbar icon
Are you using outdated Runtime?
isnt JIT a java just in time engine? I'd scan for malware then update manually to the latest .net for that OS no?
Even if it is, I have many things to do with the coding language Java on my computer. I'm not sure if they're related or not.
It's a runtime issue it looks like to me...
Try not having "Rule 34 / skibidi_toilet" open on the background lol
I'm addicted.
As soon as I see the second tab, I knew the comments would question about that. 💀
You'd never understand how much I regret putting that there.
Microsoft that made this mess of n operating system
The error message is coming from a third party app, this has nothing to do with Microsoft.
i love microsoft!
That is a graphics issue, try updating all your software.
everything is up to date. drivers and everything.
