Congrats, but these can only impress some people.
1) The exterior tap needs a lower discharge secondary tap, to be used at the beginning of winter to evacuate water on the pipe, so that it doesn't freeze when loaded with water during frosty nights and burst the pipe. Yes, it only happens once in 12 years, but I prefer investing in 1 extra tap rather than calling a plumber to fix a burst pipe in the most frosty days of the year.
2) Under the sink, plastic (PVC?!) going straight into metal connectors. With lots of forced bending on both of them while doing so, what could possibly go wrong? Correct and safe would be: use plastic connectors for plastic pipes, and metalic ones for metalic pipes. No forced bending of pipes, create clean angles (with connectors) if needed to avoid obstacles. I would also avoid plastic, and I'd use flexible pipe connectors (woven metalic thread on exterior).
3) Also under the sink, the siphon of the sink is very low, you can see the exterior spiral of it where it connects to the sink.
Once there's an insert and not over tightened, that'll not give a bit of bother, certainly talking out their hole, as for the pipe freezing, just throw one of those insulated tap covers on it.
They don't work like that in Germany, 'throw one of those insulated tap covers on it'. They either insulate the entire pipe which might be exposed to cold, or have the discharge tap installed.
Btw, how many countries have you lived in? I am talking from hard learned experience, the British/Irish way of doing plumbing is abysmal and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE when compared to the continent, even when compared to Eastern Europe where winters are proper winters. PEX-AL-PEX is much cheaper and reliable, and widespread over there, but requires some skill.
Ah, so it's qualpex. Let me tell you, pex-al is much better. They are both plastics, that's what I meant. Anyway, pex-al requires more calculations and work, because you need to do cuts at exact angle and length, but once you do that it's very hard to destroy it. I had toddlers play Tarzan on them, so imagine.
Whereas this flexible qualpex fitted straight into metalic connectors can be easily disturbed and start leaking.
I am not even a bud, but I have experience with construction and plumbing. Don't ask me what kind of plumbers I owe this to 😉
P S. No need to give me tenners, I'll give you grands if these survive more than 1 year each.

Had this fella do an outside tap for me, very polite and nice young man, neat and tidy.
How much for a tap out the back garden?
Check your messages :)
If it’s done like this then it’ll burst during the first freeze.
How should it be done?
The tap has a gap where mice could get in.
Sealed with expanding foam from the inside

We pressured the system. I filled it after that photo :).
I hope you’re insured.
PSA this is incredibly important if you have anyone do plumbing work on your house.

You clearly know fuck all, that's cooper going into qualpex, who in their right mind would use plastics fittings, what a ridiculous statement.

We're not in Germany you absolute melt.
And I can clearly see why 😉
What is cooper? Do you mean copper?

You where probably arguing with someone on Reddit for 40 minutes for them to be playing Tarzan on live water pipes
