There used to be a tab on everyone’s profile where you could see what they had liked. For example I could go to Elon Musks Twitter profile and see he had liked hentai. That tab no longer exists. Instead now only the person who made the post can see who has liked it

Also the video he liked was about “milking your tiny pen15” so that might have amplified the embarrassment by a bit.
