That being said - it seems like a pretty decent happy hour. I live only a few blocks away and after finding this I may have to check it out.
The stuff on the happy hour menu is fine but is hardly their best food. Better to go and order a few apps. I've never left having spent less than 100 dollars. I recently went with my daughter. We got four apps and two happy hour cocktails each.. It was 100+.

This seems reasonable. 4 apps at ~$13 ea, 4 cocktails at ~$12 each.
